Easy Coconut Macaroons use gluten free flour.


Ingredients:
  • 2 2/3 cups flaked coconut
  • 4 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
  • 2/3 cup sugar
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 4 egg whites
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract

Directions:
  1. Preheat oven to 325ºF.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine coconut, flour, sugar and salt. Stir in egg whites and vanilla. Mix well.
  3. Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto greased baking sheets. Bake in preheated oven for 18-20 minutes or until golden brown.
  4. Cool on wire rack and then enjoy!
